Subsea UK is recruiting a coordinator for its market intelligence tool, SubseaIntel.

Title: SubseaIntel Coordinator
Location: Westhill, Aberdeen
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (09:00 - 17:30 with one hour for lunch unpaid)

Purpose of the role: to maintain ongoing development and operation of Subsea UK's market intelligence database, SubseaIntel, which will continue to provide direct benefit to Subsea UK members.

Main duties and responsibilities

•    Responsible for the ongoing development and promotion of the "SubseaIntel” market intelligence database
•    Point of contact with technical developers of "SubseaIntel” to report and manage any technical
issues
•    Communicate with members to promote, demonstrate and train on the use of "SubseaIntel”
•    Respond to enquiries from current and prospective members regarding information provided in the
SubseaIntel database in a timely, courteous, and useful manner
•    Maintain and update intelligence or information provided from various sources and contributors
•    Regular checking industry news and conducting web searches to ensure that information contributed to the database is up-to-date and accurate
•    Explore innovative ways for creating additional database information that could potentially be useful to Subsea UK members and add value to the services Subsea UK provide
•    Assisting Subsea UK staff with data analysis and queries
•    Supporting  Subsea UK in survey administration, data collection and analysis, and report preparation
•    Any other duties as might be reasonably required i.e. event support
•    Must portray a professional, corporate image to all visitors when representing Subsea UK in the office and while working away from the office – includes business dress (e.g. tie for men, no jeans or trainers).
