With the number of unintended consequences brought about by the pandemic - and the detrimental impact on certain minority groups such as women, BAME and disabled employees - it is increasingly important for employers to make sure their people and people managers are receiving regular training on equality and diversity issues.

Employment law experts LexLeyton have developed practical and engaging training on these topics, including:

  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Unconscious bias
  • Whistleblowing and how to manage it

This type of training is a legal obligation, a moral imperative and breeds greater commercial success. Benefits of this training include increased productivity and performance, as well as a stronger work culture. Equality, diversity and inclusion training delivered effectively also supports the defence of discrimination claims.

Musab Hemsi, Partner at LexLeyton, said: "We have over twenty sessions in our Training and Workshops brochure; all of which can be delivered both in person and virtually.

"We engage directly with attendees and offer practical assistance through a mixture of theoretical and scenario-based content."

For more information, please contact Musab Hemsi for a copy of the full Lexleyton Training and Workshops Brochure and to arrange a free consultation to discuss your training needs.
