Brief description: Based at our head office in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, James Fisher Offshore is recruiting for a full time sales coordinator.

Full description:
The role of the sales coordinator is to establish client requirements and ensure sales enquiries are processed in an efficient manner.

Principal Accountabilities
• Receive and liaise on client enquiries
• Prepare or assist with the preparation and submission of customer quotations
• Process orders whilst liaising with workshop to ensure efficient delivery process
• Raise job sheets and all relative paperwork
• Raise purchase orders and expedite as required
• Attend production meeting as required
• Liaise with Stores Manager with regard to availability of parts
• Liaise with Q.A Manager regarding certification
• Liaise with Accounts Assistants to ensure accurate invoicing

Qualifications and Experience
• Educated to secondary school level
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation
• Ability to maintain and promote the professional image of the business
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and prioritise workloads
• The ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
• Proficient IT skills with MS office, email and Asset Management systems, preferably Insphire
• Innovative and creative with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach to work
• Confidentiality and discretion
