Scottish Pavillion

SDI has acquired a 150 sq metres free standing pavilion in a prominent position of the South Hall, Excel Centre, London. The stand design tender is ongoing so final stand specifications have not yet been decided but the stand is expected to accommodate an estimated 26 pods, reception counter, activity area, storage area, meeting room and seating area.

Your pod is unlikely to be able to accommodate models or demo products, but will have space for a laptop and brochures.

The dress code for attendance on the stand as a participant is smart business attire.

Supporting events

SDI will be hosting their successful whisky tasting event, which typically attracts a large and varied crowd from the event’s audience to the stand.  There will be a brochure produced with companies’ profiles and whisky notes.

It is likely that several networking events will also be hosted, with targeted guests and major International Offshore Wind clusters.
Scotland’s overall strengths in the offshore sector will be showcased, with focus on the supply chain, innovation and operations & maintenance.

SDI will not charge for stand or event participation.  Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs will be your own, even if your company may be eligible for overseas support in normal terms.

SDI won’t be holding a groups reservation for this event, however the event’s website has suggested accommodation information.

Stand participation will include up to two exhibitor passes for each company.

Due to high demand for participation at these events, SDI will review all registrations collectively; please note that your interest will only be considered upon receipt of your application form (download here) to be returned to Catriona Wilson at by Friday 17 March 2017

Emails with expressions of interest will not be taken as formal registration.

Upon confirmation of stand participation, SDI will liaise with you on all event related matters including logo, profile, exhibitor passes, meeting arrangements, etc.
