20|20 Business Management is an ECITB Licensed National provider of Health and Safety Training as well as a fully accredited provider of Management and Leadership learning interventions. In the current economic climate and the increasingly prevalent compensation culture, the need to ensure that safety is at the forefront of all aspects of management responsibility is vital.

IOSH Managing Safely is for managers and supervisors in any sector, in any organisation. It is designed to get managers up to speed on the theoretical and practical actions required to lead their teams in a safety conscious organisation.

This 4 day intensive course has been designed to meet the needs of supervisors and managers who are required to manage employees and their work activities in compliance with both the company’s Safety Policy and Health and Safety legislati on.

The course concentrates on training managers to apply sound management principles to Health and Safety issues as part of an integrated management strategy. It may be tailored to meet the particular needs of individual organisations and provides successful candidates with a recognised qualification in Health and Safety.

On completion of this course every delegate will receive a Certificate of Attendance. In addition, those who successfully complete the assessments will gain the IOSH Managing Safely Award.
